All You Need To Know About Posture and Trigger Points

As we all grow older, there are many of us who slouch. Be it the weight of the world, long hours of stay in front of a computer or tv screen, reading a number of books, or just lazy habits, that most of us develop less than just a perfect posture.

Here is  where trigger points come in. Posture has played a major role in creating (and preventing) trigger points. For instance, if you are holding your neck at a relatively awkward angle or day, at least one all your muscles are working hard all day, without relief.
